In the dashboard, within an order edit screen, if a user clicks the View Attachments link, they are redirected to the bottom of that order screen - where they can view the attachments connected to this order.

Attachments can be added to an order by either the driver or a dashboard user - as this ability is functional in both the app and the dashboard.
