Many companies have a pre-existing Contacts List - generated and stored - such as a QuickBooks list of Customers. Such lists can be exported from programs like QuickBooks (as a .CSV file) and then imported into the Super Dispatch dashboard.
Files in the CSV format were designed to be easily imported to and from programs that store data in tables; CSV stands for "comma-separated-values."
It is very IMPORTANT TO NOTE that when importing a CSV file into the Super Dispatch dashboard, the columns of cells of that file must be in the 'following format' order of: Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Contact, Phone, Email, Fax. Variations of this format will import - such as if Address, City and State are all combined in the same field - as long as they are in this order.
This format order list can also be downloaded and viewed by clicking on the blue link that reads: "following format."
