When a user logs into the dispatch dashboard, the Main Order Screen is the default home screen - and the New Load screen tab of the company order life cycle is front and center.
Other clickable screen tabs include Assigned, Picked up, Delivered, Billed, Paid, and Archived. Circles appear within each screen tab listing the number of orders within that specific order status.
As orders are assigned to drivers, picked up and delivered by drivers, and then billed and paid, they will move from tab to tab based on their current status. To change from tab to tab, simply click on the desired status (screen tab) to view that category of orders.
