In the dashboard, on the right side, within the edit screen of an order, the user will notice the Order Activity list of each step that an order went through during its life cycle. The most recent activity appears at the top of the list, while the initial activity of the order appears at the bottom. Each activity entry contains the date and time that the activity occurred.

This Order Activity history helps the user identify when something occurred to an order and how the order got to its current status. When a customer, shipper, or carrier has a question, the Order Activity can be an invaluable tool for finding the answer in question.
