If you can't login and/or forgot the password, please take the following steps until your issue is resolved:

OWNER-OPERATOR / MOBILE APP LOGIN: 

1. Please make sure that you are using all lower-case characters for your Login email and Password.

2. Please use "Forgot Password?" link on the Login screen on the mobile app to recover your password.

3. If you need Help or further assistance, please contact Support chat on the bottom right of the screen.

FLEET DRIVER / MOBILE APP LOGIN: 

1. Please make sure that you are using all lower-case characters for your Login email and Password.

2. Please use "Forgot Password?" link on the Login screen on the mobile app to recover your password.

3. Contact your dispatcher to confirm that your Login credentials are accurate.

4. Request that your Dispatcher reset your Login credentials from the Dispatch Dashboard.
