After a vehicle inspection, it is always best practice to obtain a customer signature along with the driver's signature, but sometimes there just isn't anybody available or authorized to sign on behalf of the location or customer. For this reason, we offer a 'Customer Signature Not Available' button on the mobile app. However, this button on the mobile app can be disabled and rendered invisible from the mobile app entirely - by checking the "Disable Customer not Available button on the Driver app" check box - thus removing the ability to pick up or deliver the vehicle without obtaining a signature.
This option is only available on the Settings page in the dashboard. Simply check the box to put this change into effect. This change will remain as long as the box remains checked. Note: remember to hit "save" at the bottom of the screen to implement this change.
