When a mobile app user attempts to PICK UP or DELIVER a vehicle without pressing the GREEN "Customer Signature" button or the RED "Customer Not Available" button, the app will 'pop up' the following message: "Oops, Customer Signature Is Missing."
Simply press "OK" to clear the pop up. The Customer Signature screen will launch, at which time the user can obtain the Customer Signature - to continue the PICK UP process.
If a Customer Signature is Not Available, press the Back Arrow ("<--") and press the RED "Customer Not Available" button. The press PICK UP to finish the process.
